After finishing 2025 in high gear, we took a brief breather in early January to reflect on what the year meant for Tech-Park Kaunas and our community. In short: it was intense, productive, and responsive to the tense geopolitical climate.
“Widely used remote work tools are excellent for video calls and messaging, but they do not solve the most important challenges of working at a distance: how to align within a remote team, how to maintain trust, how to manage tasks, make decisions, implement innovations, or take care of employee well-being,” notes Ramunė Guogienė, Project Expert at Tech-Park Kaunas.
On 2–4 December, partners from Poland, Serbia, Greece, Italy, Hungary and Lithuania met in Kaunas to explore the region’s fast-growing innovation scene. The visit, organised as part of the InnoCoop project, gave participants the chance to learn first-hand about local research and development (R&D) strengths and discover new ideas for cooperation.
