The project aims to improve the quality of vocational education and training (VET), enhance employment opportunities for VET learners, and ensure effective education and employment systems collaboration. Exceptional attention will be given to target group representatives - VET systems participants and representatives, providing training services. During the implementation of the project, learning material will be developed, combining: VET situation in partner’s countries analysis, labour market analysis, and career planning guidelines. Learning material will be supplemented with VET education guidelines about innovative and technology oriented education. After analysis of project EMOR learning material information and recommendations provided, VET system participants and representatives will be capable to improve the quality of VET learning, enhance employment opportunities for VET learners, and ensure effective education and employment systems collaboration. Currently project website and social media network is being created; VET education guidelines about innovative and technology oriented education is being developed; learning material about enhancement of employment opportunities for VET learners is being prepared.
