The workshop will focus on newly developed, practical tools for incubators in the field of innovation support and sustainability, and how this can increase competitiveness on the global market.

The workshop is led by experts in the field of innovation support and sustainability.

On the agenda: 

• The sustainability tool "Sustainability Scale-up" and how you, as an innovation support organisation, can help Start-Ups and SME's grow. 
• IRIS Toolbox, developed by 13 partners in 10 countries as a joint effort to increase the power of innovation in SME´s around the Baltic sea.  
• Networking potential – all 13 organisations in the IRIS-partnership will be there. Use this opportunity to connect!

The IRIS-project shall strengthen management and support capacity of incubators in the Baltic Sea region. Existing incubator support instruments have been shared and transferred between partners. New instruments have also been developed and tested. The partnership is made up by 14 incubator organisations from all countries of the Baltic rim, including Russia and our guest partner Belarus.
