Most startups jump into the train of product or service development without a detailed analysis of the situation - when is it enough to rely on intuition, and when it is better to use professional analysis? Entrepreneurship and innovation experts emphasize that intuition for early stage startup teams is not enough; successful startups are keen on learning. How to develop a product so that a startup business team could successfully face challenges - this is what Kaunas Science and Technology Park business acceleration program Evolut 4.0 invites for.
“The program will help startups to accelerate their businesses. We invite teams to learn on the basis of a methodology developed by combining world-wide acknowledged and widely used tools for business value determination, customer journey mapping, business development strategy, sales activation, and others. We use business model canvas (CANVAS), NABC value proposition development, design-thinking, etc., ”says Paulius Nezabitauskas, program coordinator, innovation and entrepreneurship expert.
Startups can apply to enter the program until the 12th of September. The teams will be invited to the selection meetup on the 2nd of October. Product/service presentations will be submitted by the teams of investors and entrepreneurs. 10 teams will be invited to participate in the 8 training sessions scheduled on a weekly basis. Startups will analyse other aspects of business development - from product value proposition to market entry financial strategy. At the end of the training cycle, the teams participating in the acceleration program identified their customer profile, the market in which they seek to operate and their main competitors.
