Kaunas Science and Technology Park and Lithuanian countryside tourism association have introduced the “E-KITour” project results during the online marketing conference. Titled as “#Tourism Loves IT” the conference has attracted 50 participants from education institutions, rural tourism sector and small businesses.
The headspeaker Aidas Jarušaitis, who is an enthusiastic traveller and IT guru, has introduced tips and tricks for creating better online marketing strategies and smart options for tourism sector. Later, in creative workshops Tomas Černevičius (Kaunas STP) and Vilma Strumskienė (Lithuanian countryside tourism association (LCTA)) introduced the E-KITour project results and have launched the pilot test.
The conference was partly funded by Erasmus+ project No. 2015-1-LT01-KA202-013399 "E-KITour".
